OrthoTennessee Maryville remains dedicated to protecting your health and well-being. Our offices are open and we are performing surgery.
In accordance with CDC guidance and current community levels, masks for patients, visitors and staff are not required, regardless of vaccination status. Everyone will be screened before entering.
We ask that you still not bring more than one person with you to your visit. We also continue to offer telemedicine.
2019 Blount County High School FREE Sports Physicals
These events are for Blount County Athletes grades 9-12. Middle school students need to see their primary care physicians for examination.
This schedule will be for ALL sports. We will alternate locations each year.
Please BE ON TIME. Professionals volunteer their time after their normal work day. When we are done, we are done. We apologize in advance if at times there is a long wait.
Athletes need to arrive clean and dressed in shorts/t-shirt with TMA/TSSAA Preparticipation Medical Evaluation form complete and signed by parent or guardian. Forms should be available in your school office or from your coach.
Additional professional medical support will be provided by Blount Memorial Total Rehabilitation, Blount Memorial Physician Group and many other primary care providers in Blount County.

The sports physicals are a free service but we are asking for a $5.00 voluntary donation to:
