• These events are for Blount County Athletes grades 9-12.  Middle school students need to see their primary care physicians for examination.
• This schedule will be for ALL sports.  We will alternate locations each year.
• Please be on time.  Professionals volunteer their time after their normal work day.  When we are done, we are done.  We apologize in advance if at times there is a long wait. 
• Athletes need to arrive clean and dressed in shorts/t-shirt with TMA/TSSAA Preparticipation Medical Evaluation form complete and signed by parent or guardian.   Forms should be available in your school office or from your coach.

Additional professional medical support will be provided by Blount Memorial Total Rehabilitation, Blount Memorial Physician Group  and many other primary care providers in Blount County.

The sports physicals are a free service but we are asking for a $5.00 voluntary donation to Community Food Connection of Blount Co. Dr. Bob Haralson, founding physician of Maryville Orthopaedic Clinic, is the current president of this charity.
