Everyone in the door and at least at the check in desk by 6:15 p.m., please.

• These events are for Blount County Athletes grades 9-12. Middle school students need to see their primary care physicians for examination.
• This schedule will be for ALL sports at the respective school gym locations except Greenback High School athletes will be invited to come to the William Blount High School location.
• Athletes need to arrive clean and dressed in shorts/t-shirt with TMA/TSSAA Preparticipation Medical Evaluation form completed and signed by parent or guardian. Forms should be available in your school office or from your coach.
• Additional professional medical support will be provided byBlount Memorial Total Rehabilitation, Blount Memorial Physician Group and many other primary care providers in Blount County.
