- These events are for Blount County Athletes grades 9-12. Middle school students need to see their primary care physicians for examination.
- This schedule will be for ALL sports. We will alternate locations each year.
- Please BE ON TIME. Professionals volunteer their time after their normal work day. When we are done, we are done. We apologize in advance if at times there is a long wait.
- Athletes need to arrive clean and dressed in shorts/t-shirt with TMA/TSSAA Preparticipation Medical Evaluation form complete and signed by parent or guardian. Forms should be available in your school office or from your coach.
- Additional professional medical support will be provided by Blount Memorial Total Rehabilitation, Blount Memorial Physician Group and many other primary care providers in Blount County.
The sports physicals are a free service but we are asking for a $5.00 voluntary donation to:
